Howard Miller
Howard, a military veteran, served 10 years in the United States Army as a medic and paratrooper with the 1st Infantry Division, 44th Medical Brigade, and the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) before transitioning to a 22-year career as a Police Officer. During his law enforcement career, Howard worked as a Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, and in Community Outreach before excelling in Public Affairs and Recruiting for the Alpharetta Department of Public Safety. As the Recruiting Sergeant, he revolutionized the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process, yielding remarkable results. After 32 years in uniform, Howard started his own business to enhance public safety recruitment and emphasize the value of professionally trained recruiters.

Mike Esposito
Mike is a dynamic force in public safety recruitment, drawing upon a rich entrepreneurial legacy and a diverse career spanning law enforcement and security management. From his early days as a decorated Police Officer in Cobb County and Alpharetta, Georgia, to his role as Security and Safety Operations Manager at Sugar Hill Church and Preschool, Mike has consistently demonstrated excellence and innovation. His venture, US Public Safety Jobs, addresses staffing crises with a focus on customer service and problem-solving, aiming to elevate recruitment practices and ensure community safety nationwide.
