About CEO/Founder

Howard Miller

Howard is a military veteran and spent 10 years in the United States Army as a medic and paratrooper assigned to units within the 1st Infantry Division, 44th Medical Brigade, and the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) before becoming a Police Officer in for 22 years.  
During his law enforcement career, Howard worked as a Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, and in Community Outreach assignments before falling into Public Affairs and Recruiting for the Alpharetta Department of Public Safety. As the Recruiting Sergeant, Howard and the team threw out the old playbook and completely overhauled the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process that produced incredible results. After an incredible 32 years in uniform serving his country and communities, Howard decided to start his own business with the goal of enhancing recruitment across the public safety ecosystem while highlighting the importance of investing in professionally trained and capable recruiters to represent their agency.
